Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to be updated. If you have not received this email, please check your spam/trash folders, or contact us at hello@akirahco.com for further assistance. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete address information may result in an additional processing delay of 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing details before checkout to avoid delays.

As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Akirah Co.

If you need to modify your order, such as adding or removing items or updating your address, please contact us at hello@akirahco.com as soon as possible. Since orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
