REFUND POLICY

Returns & exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] for the quickest response.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges to store credit within 30 days of your order purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for returning their items using a local carrier (USPS, Royal Mail, etc) and is responsible for the return fees.
If your product is damaged, we will offer you a full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at [email protected]

Allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day. This policy has taken effect on 07/01/2023
